Who are the people suffering and being crucified in our world today?  

How are you/we being called to respond to them in their need?

• The Passion is a story within a story. Who of us have not known the cross and Resurrection? 

• The prophetic voices and those who are not shy about challenging the status quo are being crucified by those who feel threatened by Gospel values. I want to be one of those who is brave enough to confront injustice. For this I pray. 

• Those with no one to care for them, the elderly, the homeless, the immigrant. Those who use their voices to speak in God’s name, who speak out and give name to injustice. 

• Our nation and world are crying out against injustice, greed and division. Christ came to bring peace and unity. Our role is to promote the Gospel values and love each person into greatness. 

• The innocent victims of violence, oppression, persecution and war need our closeness in prayer. If we allow Christ’s peace to reign in our own hearts, we will be bearers of his peace to the world.
