On Tuesday, April 28th more sisters began their residency in the new Monastery. More rooms are occupied and the Monastery is really taking shape. The Sisters who moved in on Monday were interrupted temporarily as they had to head to the shelter in the Monastery in the midst of a tornado warning. All were safe and the shelter worked out just fine - even though there aren't any chairs in the area as yet just two benches - but they didn't seem to mind. Those sisters who have moved in are busy getting their rooms ready and in between assisting in other areas cleaning and arranging items. Sr. Julie explained to some of the sisters the heating and cooling system as it is much different from our present home. The excitement is growing and we look forward to when the moving will be over and we can enjoy our new surroundings even more.
