On Sunday, June 2nd, the Feast of Corpus Christi, we celebrated the 60th Jubilee of Sr. Antoinette Purcell during Evening Prayer. It was a joyful day for our community as we remembered her 60 years of fidelity to this Monastic Way of Life. Sr. Antoinette has served the community in so many ways - she was an educator, a Principal, a Director of Religious Education, a Spiritual Director and most recently as the Director of our Oblates. She has been a tremendous witness of our community in so many various ways and in so many areas throughout the Archdiocese.

 

We also lovingly remembered Sr. Antoinette's classmate, Sr. Mary Mark Bartoo who is a resident at Envive Healthcare of Beech Grove and was unable to join the celebration.
