ARE THEY NOW ?
Sr. Freida Scheessele (Sr. Mary Clement)
Sister Freida Scheessele is another who does not
know the meaning of the words "no" or
"stop." She is always willing to help
another person and she works tirelessly on behalf
of the entire community.
Sister Freida was an educator and she continues
to teach many in the monastery. It is hard to
find Sister Freida at times because of her many
duties. She takes care of purchasing personal
items for the sisters, cashes checks, sews, makes
crafts, drives sisters who no longer drive, answers
the telephone and is the resident bulk mailing
expert. She also makes the altar bread for our
liturgies and has instructed many of the sisters
how to make the bread.
